I am passionate about teaching through play. I believe in time outdoors and hands-on projects! I've facilitated trips that introduce children to camping, canoeing, and rock climbing, as well as taught typical and adaptive ski lessons. I have worked with kids/teens for the past 10 years. I am intentional and I strive to engage kids in activities that boost their curiosity, confidence, and sense-of-self. I believe in being goofy and having FUN! I aim to have strong and open communication with parents/guardians to assure that I support the unique needs of each family. I recently moved back to Bellingham after working as a canoe guide for children in Alaska. I wanted to be closer to my family and spend some time back in the PNW.
