I started nannying and teaching preschoolers to swim in college (back in the early 2000s). After college I became a stay at home mom, attended parent education courses at the local community college and became involved in my kids co-op preschool and elementary programs. Once my children became older and more independent I went back into the workforce, working at a daycare in 2019 and went back to school part time for my Masters in Teaching. While earning my Masters I started working as a Special Education ParaEducator for an elementary school. There I gained experience working with children who needed a variety of supports. I'm taking a step away from Special Education due to professional burn out and I'm looking forward to getting to know and support your family.
