Hello, I am looking to partner with the right family for the months of November and December. I have a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Oregon State University, and am currently wrapping up my Master's degree in Teaching, Special Education. I have 5+ years of child care experience, and a passion for working with kids. I'm a patient, outgoing, active and kindhearted person who enjoys making homemade pasta, long distance running, and spending time with loved ones. Throughout college I worked in a variety of childcare positions such as a Kids Club Attendant, Youth Development Specialist at the Boys and Girls Club, and a part-time nanny for 4 wonderful kids. After graduating college, I spent the next 6 years gaining professional experience in the field. In 2022, I decided to take a turn in my career and go back to school for Teaching, Special Education. The past two years while I've been completing grad school, I've been a full time nanny to two wonderful boys, ages 3 and 6.

Mikaela was our nanny/household operations manager for the past year. She was amazing. She has a calm aura which was magical as our household is quite hectic (we have three young kids and a puppy). When one kid would be melting down, she would calmly come over comfort and redirect them. She is trained with special needs, willing to help keep the household running with various tasks, and has a very positive attitude. We miss her dearly and if you have an opportunity to hire her, you will not regret it! She is simply an amazing nanny!
