About Emily

I am Emily! I finished my first year at the University of Victoria, where I studied bio psychology and ran cross country and track and field. My past work history has been life guarding, cleaning, babysitting! I have open availability, Monday to Sunday. I love sports and outdoors activities, as well as arts and crafts. I'd describe my personality as creative, and positive! I like working with kids because it reminds me that life can be spontaneous and how exciting the little things can be. I'm looking for a job that where I can help bring easy into someone's life, and be impactful! I started working with kids when about 11 years old, working in my neighborhood for family friends. In my spare time, I like to run, scrap book, bake, hike, and water color! One thing you should know about me is that I make the best brown butter toffee cookies ever! My skills include ability to de-escalate situations, come up with creative ways to get tasks done, and plan a productive schedule!
