About Martha

I'd describe my personality as fun, responsible, kind I like working with kids because they are playful, imaginative, full of life, and we have so much from the way they think. I'm looking for a job where I can create a connection with a family and support them to care for their children and homes. I started working with kids when I babysat as a teenager, I have since had and raised three children (including twins) successfully. I am also a grandmother of a 5-year-old who I often care for. In my spare time, I like to go for walks, do yoga, creative sewing and beading, vegan cooking, and spend time with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I am a very happy, positive person who enjoys life and adventure. My skills include patience, empathy, good communication, creativity, a nurturing nature and ability to remain calm under pressure. I'll be more available in March/April, prefer 3 days/week. I work part time. (20 yrs).
