About Emily

My greatest aptitude and offering is yoga. This practice is great for stabilizing moods, supporting vascular and respiratory systems, supporting joints, creating flexibility and strength, and cultivating patience and mindfulness, among many other benefits. I studied with a few main teachers since 2011 and received my teaching certificate in 2019, which included training in children's and prenatal yoga. I've loved working with kids while babysitting or teaching natural dyeing workshops, and with people from a range of backgrounds. I love to engage curiosity so that learning can be fun and exciting.
