About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily and I love working with kids! I study child advocacy and policy at MSU as well as social work. I've worked as a mother's helper, a regular after school nanny, and camp counselor. I have experience working with infants, kids with special needs, and kids with limited mobility, so I'm up for anything! I am a Type 1 diabetic of 17 years, so if your looking for a sitter for a child with T1D, I'm your gal! In my spare time, I like to crochet, read, do arts and crafts, and anything outdoors when it's nice out! Vaxxed and boosted. I have my own car and am comfortable driving children. Pet friendly So far this year I had an amazing job taking care of an adorable baby girl starting when she was 9 months old, but it's time for her to move on to some day care adventures. This means that I am now free from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays and 9 a.m. to noon on Fridays and would love to pick up some infant care hours.
