I'm an experienced, compassionate caregiver with 10+ years of hands-on experience, including 7+ years specializing in dementia and hospice care. I have experience with memory care, stroke recovery, mobility assistance, transfers, medication assistance, personal care, meal preparation, and end-of-life care. Dementia care is one of my biggest specialties. I'm comfortable navigating confusion, difficult behaviors, changing routines, and the unique challenges that come with memory loss while maintaining patience, dignity, and respect. I'm also experienced with clients who have complex or changing needs and pride myself on being dependable, observant, and proactive. I pay attention to changes in a client's condition and communicate concerns with family when needed. My goal is simple: provide safe, respectful, personalized care while helping each client remain as comfortable and independent as possible in their own home.
