Hi! I'm Grace, a compassionate and dependable caregiver with over five years of experience providing quality care to seniors in both home care and assisted living settings. I have experience supporting clients with memory care needs, mobility challenges, and varying levels of assistance with daily living. I provide companionship, personal care, bathing and dressing assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation to appointments, and other daily living support. I am experienced with transfers, gait belts, Hoyer lifts, oxygen equipment, and I am CPR certified. Families describe me as kind, patient, reliable, and attentive.
