About Elle

Hi! I'm Elle. I am a creative and enthusiastic 19-year-old currently attending an arts college. I've worked in childcare for over 6 years and love supporting young children as they learn and grow. I'm seeking a part-time summer position with a flexible schedule and am available for camp pickups, errands, overnights, and more. I've worked with three wonderful families, one long-term, and was a counselor at an all-girls camp focused on building confidence and emotional development. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, have my own car, and have taken Early Childhood Development courses. My approach is safety-first, promoting a creative environment that encourages kindness, problem-solving, and self-expression. I'm firm but kind, and always follow your lead when it comes to rules and any challenges. I love guiding arts and crafts, pretend play, and outdoor activities. In my free time, I oil paint, rock climb, and play piano. I look forward to connecting!
