About Mia

For the past six years, I've helped create joyful and enriching childhood experiences for children of all ages in various settings: babysitting, nanny, volleyball coach, climbing coach, sports camp instructor, elementary school mentor, backpacking lead. My approach is patient, kind, creative, and enthusiastic. I enjoy being outdoors and encouraging educational and creative play. I'm happy to follow your lead when it comes to household rules and your preferred communication method, and am comfortable caring for up to three children of any age at a time. I also hold current certifications in Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED, and first aid, as well as Epinephrine Auto-injector training. I am also a certified Wilderness First Responder. I'm happy to help with cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. Ultimately, I want to share my love for learning, creativity, and the outdoors with your child, and I hope inspire the same unfiltered joy I remember from my childhood.
