About Ella

I have several years of hands-on experience providing in-home care for my grandmother, who lives with dementia. I supported daily routines, hygiene, meals, medication reminders, household organization, and companionship, while maintaining a calm, safe, and respectful environment. As her care needs increased, she transitioned into a full-time care facility so I could continue my education, while remaining closely involved in her care coordination and support. In addition to family caregiving, I have worked in multiple personal support and household roles involving unique circumstances, shifting priorities, and high trust. These experiences strengthened my adaptability, reliability, time management, and ability to operate independently with discretion. I am interested in pursuing CNA certification to build formal healthcare knowledge and strengthen my understanding of care systems, organization, and responsibility.
