About Elizabeth

As a compassionate and dedicated childcare provider with five years of experience (having babysat throughout my high school/college years and past experience as a NICU nurse) I'm passionate about supporting families and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children. With a background as a Neonatal ICU nurse, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in regard to providing care for neonates/infants. I believe in open communication with parents and strive to provide peace of mind by giving regular updates and following their preferred communication method. While I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, I prioritize patience and understanding in my interactions with children. I enjoy having the opportunity to be fun & interactive while caring for children by engaging in outdoor sports/activities or indoor games, crafts & educational activities.
