About Maria

Nurturing young minds is my greatest passion. My journey into childcare began with early babysitting experiences at home for my 3 younger siblings and grew into a genuine desire to positively impact other children's lives. With three years of experience outside my family caring for children, I bring patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor to every interaction. I'm comfortable caring for one or multiple children at a time, and I enjoy engaging them in outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable following your lead when it comes to household rules and communication preferences, providing regular updates through verbal communication or text. I also have skills in cooking, light housekeeping, and am available for travel. I have completed Early Child Development Coursework while in college am CPR and First Aid trained but not certified. I do also speak both English and Spanish and can provide references!
