About Elizabeth

As a young adult, I was the primary caregiver of my mother for 3 years prior to her passing from Ovarian Cancer. I managed all day to day care for my mother. I have also provided support to a senior woman who needed companionship and help with her animals. I enjoy spending time with older adults, empowering them to feel like capable humans, and help keep their minds and bodies as healthy as possible. My caregiving stance is that within the limits of ability, every human is creative and capable when they have the right support network. I would be honored to work with any older adult who needs some compassionate care.
