I am a dependable, hardworking caregiver with a varied skillset that includes, dressing, personal hygiene, companionship, meal preparation, light housework, dishes, laundry I enjoy assisting seniors . I empathize with those that cannot do the things they did previously. I have been a caretaker for the past 7 months for an 85-year-old woman who was overwhelmed taking care of her husband and needed help around the house. I did laundry, cleaning, food prep, and took her to appointments. If I see something that needs done, I just do it. She recently had a shoulder surgery and I worked with her during her 6 week recovery. Each client has unique needs and I tailor my caregiving to those needs. Flexibility is imperative in a caregiving environment. Additionally, I love making my clients laugh and interacting with them. In my previous role I took care of a woman who had dementia. During those two years, I changed her clothes, made her food and supported her. She loved laughing
