I do understand situations and needs change at that time things can be adjusted. I started caring for seniors with my grandmother, who had dementia and needed care 24/7. She eventually passed, and I went back to a 9-5, but I had a friend call that needed help covering shifts to provide better care for her client. Susan was absolutely amazing with my elderly aunt who has some dementia. My aunt is temporarily staying with me while her other niece is getting some respite from fulltime caregiving. Susan helped me in a pinch, so I could continue working from home and managing my business. Susan and my aunt chatted for hours through the afternoon. My aunt really enjoyed her day. I haven't heard her laugh so much in quite some time. Susan is a truly warm, caring, friendly and authentic person. She's very easy to communicate with. I very much appreciated her ability to carry on conversation with ease. I highly recommend Susan and will certainly hire her again should opportunity arise.
