About Sarah

Hi there! I am a yoga teacher/livestock producer from the Hudson Valley who has recently relocated to Atlanta. I am used to working 60+ hours a week in agriculture but I am looking to help out with anyone who needs it. I myself, suffered with Neurological Lyme Disease a few years ago, so I understand how hard it can be to take care of yourself. I am a loving, and patient caregiver for my father who suffers from mental illness. Due to the physical nature of my previous job, I am capable of lifting and assisting those who need it. I have experience with running errands to doctors appointments, groceries, laundry, bathing, medicine administration, cooking or simply lending an ear to someone who needs to talk. My previous yoga training is sometimes helpful for anyone who needs help relaxing or calming nerves. I have a reliable vehicle in order to shuttle your loved ones around, if need be. I also have a small dog named Ethel, who loves to meet people and cuddle too!
