Hello! I'm Elisabeth, a dedicated childcare professional with 8+ years of childcare experience, including 4 years of nanny experience. I'm CPR, First Aid, and AED certified, as well as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with specialized experience in behavior analysis, pediatric therapy, emotional regulation, and positive behavior support. My approach is rooted in patience, empathy, and gentle, developmentally appropriate teaching. I believe in validating children's feelings, encouraging independence, and helping them build confidence and essential life skills.
