About Emma

Hi! I'm Emma, a recent Psychology graduate with 8+ years of childcare experience caring for children from newborns to 16 years old. My experience comes from nannying, as well as being the oldest of 6 siblings and 25 cousins. I am CPR certified and have completed extensive coursework in early child development and child psychology. I am compassionate, energetic, and dependable, with a passion for helping children learn, grow, and build confidence. My long-term goal is to attend graduate school and become an adolescent clinical psychologist. I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment through hands-on activities, outdoor play, crafts, and educational experiences. Working with children is more than just a job to me, I genuinely love building meaningful relationships, supporting emotional development, and being a positive, trusted presence in a child's life. My strengths include emotional support and regulation, engaging learning and play, and positive behavior guidance.
