About Elena

Hi there! I'm a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with over 15 years of experience working with and caring for children of all ages, through nannying and babysitting. I'm neurodiversity affirming and love incorporating each child's unique interests into active, creative play. As an outpatient Speech Therapist, I have experience supporting kids with various abilities and diagnoses - I work extensively with late talkers, Autistic children, and kids with developmental delays, in addition to more medically complex diagnoses (swallowing disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, etc.). I hold active First Aid/CPR licensure. If needed, I am happy to also help with pets, light household tasks, or carpooling. I love getting to know and nurture each child, and I value relationships with families. If you think we may be a good match, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am currently open to support families Friday-Sundays, for ongoing or short-term care!
