I'm a dedicated caregiver with over three years of experience as a nanny and respite care provider for children with autism and other diagnoses, plus a year working in a daycare setting. I'm certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid, and I maintain a perfect driving record. Over the past three years, I've cared for four children across a range of ages, each with their own unique needs with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and other diagnoses. My day-to-day has included medication management, meal prep, housekeeping, tutoring, and creating a structured, calm environment where each child can feel safe and supported. I've learned to adapt quickly, communicate with patience, and meet kids where they're at whether that means sensory-friendly activities, redirecting challenging behaviors, or celebrating small wins. Before that, I spent a year at a daycare, which gave me a strong foundation in early childhood development and group care.
