About Brooke

Hello, my name is Brooke and I'm hoping to find a great family to nanny for! With prior experience as an Inclusion Coach for children with disabilities, an Assistant Teacher at a nature-based preschool, and a Behavior Technician for children with autism, I am confident working with children of all ages and levels of need. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, creative, and patient. I like working with kids because they are so excited to learn when they're interested in what they're learning and absorb new information like sponges. I'm looking for a job that is close to where I live currently in Long Beach Island and is okay with my leaving in August for graduate school. I started working with kids when I was in my second year of college, now 5 years ago. In my spare time, I like to read, practice yoga, play guitar, and go to the beach. One thing you should know about me is I prioritize the strengths and interests of each child I work with.
