About Eleanor

Hello! My name is Nori, and I'm currently a junior at American University studying sociology and health promotion. I've been babysitting since I was 15, but have worked closely with kids through my job as a lifeguard and swim instructor for the past 4 years. Most recently, I offered temporary live-in help to a family member with her daughters (ages 6 and 9). I'm very comfortable with handling meals, bedtimes, school mornings, homework help, and creating a fun environment for kids of all ages. I'm a creative person with hobbies including painting, printmaking, running, and exploring good coffee spots with friends. I am patient, kind, and empathetic, and love planning fun activities for kids that align with their interests. My main goal is to create a supportive environment for them to be curious, imaginative, and emotionally confident individuals. I value safety and working closely with families to ensure I'm fulfilling their interests and needs.
