Elaina has been an incredible caregiver for our family. She confidently managed four children, sometimes also including foster children and those with higher and special needs, with patience, maturity, and genuine compassion. She is well educated on child development and discipline strategies. She created a calm, safe environment and truly connects with the kids, not just supervising but engaging with them in a meaningful way. She also went above and beyond by helping keep our home clean and organized! As a homeschooling family, her ability to assist with schoolwork and keep the kids on track was invaluable. She has a natural gift with children and we trust her completely, any family would be lucky to have her.
