I hired Christy for two consecutive occasions (on Thursdays — same time for two weeks). Christy did an excellent job the first day; was on time, played well with my son and was overall very nice. However, Christy did not show up for following day in the next week as we had planned. I texted, called to no avail. This was very disappointing and difficult as I missed an important appointment that I was also charged for. It’s a lot to work out a sitter for your kid to get needed things done as a mom and to not have someone even show up — let alone fail to communicate in order to make other arrangements feels disrespectful. I was surprised and really disappointed.
