Hi - I'm Edna! I'm a dependable, warm, and energetic caregiver with experience supporting children, older adults, and pets. For the past five years, I worked full-time at the University of Washington School of Social Work, where I developed strong skills in communication, organization, patience, and supporting people from diverse backgrounds. My professional experience has strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, manage responsibilities, and provide thoughtful, reliable care. I also have a strong background working with children and older adults in educational and community settings, including an after-school program, school-based roles through the School of Education at Boston University, and a literacy organization focused on helping young learners build confidence and skills.
