About Dhestynii

Working with children in both educational and behavioral settings is something I am truly passionate about. I enjoy helping children learn, grow, and reach their full potential while supporting families with their unique needs. My goal is to create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment where every child feels valued and supported. I have experience as a Behavioral Technician (BT), where I worked closely with children with special needs by implementing behavior intervention plans designed to promote growth, independence, and positive behaviors. I also have experience as a Paraeducator, supporting students of various ages and abilities, including those with physical, developmental, and learning disabilities. In addition, I am certified in CPR, First Aid, and CPI, allowing me to provide safe, compassionate, and professional care. I am dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
