About Taelynn

Hi! My name is Taelynn, and I'm a college student studying Sociology with a strong passion for working with children. I have several years of experience working with children in both school and childcare settings, including experience as a behavioral class aide, registered behavior technician, and paraeducator in special education classrooms. Through my experience, I've worked with children of different ages and abilities and have learned how to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. I'm comfortable helping with homework, playing games and doing crafts, preparing simple meals, following routines, and keeping children engaged throughout the day. I also have experience supporting children with behavioral and developmental needs and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and communication. I'm dependable, responsible, and caring.
