About Cage

I began working with children in 2020, specifically in the field of autism care, and have developed a strong passion for making a positive difference in every child's life. With five years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I have gained valuable experience supporting children of all backgrounds and abilities. My three key strengths are patience and emotional support, behavior and social-skills support, and individualized care. I understand that every child is unique, and I take the time to learn their personality, strengths, interests, and individual needs. My experience with ABA principles has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, communication, and positive reinforcement. I strive to create a safe, caring, and encouraging environment where children feel comfortable, respected, and supported. I am dependable, attentive, and committed to going above and beyond to provide the care and support each child needs.
