I've had 12+ years of paid experience but I started care-giving at a very young age due to my great grandmother having her own daycare which is why I've developed such a strong love for care-giving. Being a nanny not only allows me to be around children but it allows me to use my skills to help develop them into a happy and healthy child. It'll also help me gain more knowledge about children and I always love to learn new things. I am a mother of 4 four boys. That alone can tell you a great deal. Boys have so much energy and can be a ruckus especially when they're around each other. My youngest son was diagnosed with ADHD and the patience that Devanee shows to my children is heartwarming. I don't trust anyone with my children but having had Devanee around makes me feel at ease. I know that my children are under great care. She's kind, nurturing, understanding and patient!! I have been around her long enough to say that she will be a great mother some day.
