Deme is a great nanny! She is very sweet with our son and keeps him active. Deme works with him to hit developmental milestones and genuinely cares about him. They go out every morning to find new parks and activities. She likes to stay busy and uses nap times to cook for him and does his laundry. Deme even cooks dinner for the family a couple nights a week before she leaves for the day (phenomenal cook!). She is absolutely wonderful and we highly recommend.
