Taylor has taken care of our two-year-old son 35 hours per week for the past 9 weeks, and I am so sad we are losing her as nanny for her senior year of college! She got up to speed on our preferences for our son's care very quickly and formed a really sweet bond with him. She is never late and very responsible - I never worry about my son while he's in her care. His language and abilities have grown so much this summer, and I credit that to Taylor's clear communication and consistent routines with him. We hope to keep her as a regular babysitter, especially because our son will really miss seeing her every weekday!
