About Dedrie

Dedrie is a phenomenal nanny. She has been helping us raise our two boys (3.5 and 1.5) for over three years, working in our home over 35 hours / week. As our youngest heads to preschool in August, she is looking for her next family. If you are a parent looking for someone warm, kind-hearted and really wonderful at relating to kids, Dedrie is that person. She has a creative, beautiful soul and has instilled an invaluable sense of curiosity about the world around them in both of our kids. Our oldest was drawn to her from the moment he met her and still names her as one of his best friends, even though he hasn’t been with her daily for the past year and a half he’s been in preschool. She is also extremely reliable — always on time and gives plenty of notice in the rare instance where she has a scheduling conflict. We are so grateful to her for the time she has spent with our kids while my husband and I work outside of the home. We will miss her so much but hope that another kid / family gets lucky enough to know and love her like we do.
