This included helping kids with emotional management, and respect. -I believe in keeping kids engaged in learning activities and keeping their age and personality in mind. In school I took a parenting class which gave me important skills. Kids need boundaries, but they also need freedom. -I was a counselor in 2018 for ages 14 to 18. -In high school I babysat my neighbor's kids ages 3, 6, and 9 on a weekly basis for at least 2 years.
