Debbie has cared for our twin girls for the past 15 months, from the time they were ~5 months old, to now 20 month old toddlers. Debbie is great with the girls, always calm and her love and caring for them is visible, and she's nearly always down on the floor playing with them. When they were babies, Debbie was good at getting/keeping them on a schedule and helped us through several transitions (dropping naps, introducing solids, etc). Debbie was very reliable, and always communicated as early as possible if she needed a sick day or if anything else came up. We're moving and are sad to say good-bye to Debbie, but hope that she can find another great family.
