About Deanna

My experience with caring for children started at the young age of 15. I came from a large family with many siblings and relatives. My experiences ranges from taking care of newborn twins to supervising teenagers. There have been instances where I have taken care of up to five children at a time. I can provide great references from past families that I have worked with. I enjoy what I do because children make it worth all the effort and time. The best experiences have been watching children grasp new ideas and learning new things. Children are extremely creative and each is very unique. As much as they learn from me, I learn from them. Additional qualifications are the following: -Have a sincere interest in working with infants/children and passion about young children and helping them flourish and grow -Exercise good judgment and common sense, motivated, and able to multitask -Punctual and reliable -A team player and look to build a long-term relationship with a family -An excellent communicator -Conversant in English and Spanish -Comfortable getting around the city. -Non-smoker -Comfortable with most pets (dogs, cats, birds, and fish) -Available to work an occasional evening or weekend day or evening Also, please know that my background check is available for viewing.
