About Dana

Nurturing children and watching them blossom is my greatest joy. I bring over 5 years of professional childcare experience, with ages ranging from infants through adolescents. I have particular experience working with adolescents on the autism spectrum and with behavioral struggles. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time, though may be flexible depending on ages and specific needs of the children. My approach is patient, playful, and friendly, and I love engaging kids with outdoor games, puzzles, and creative activities. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and always communicate with parents using their preferred method. I have current First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am happy to help with light housekeeping and meal preparation. With some college coursework in elementary education, my passion lies in providing a safe, fun, and enriching environment where children can thrive. I'm excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your family!
