About Mercedes

Bringing over a decade of childcare experience, I'm passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children. My previous babysitting roles sparked a desire to positively impact young lives, and I enjoy supporting families by offering reliable care. I hold a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have completed training in early childhood development and mental health. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, ages newborn and up. I'm patient and calm, and I always follow parents' preferred communication methods. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I am trained in First Aid, and I am a certified Doula. I'm also happy to help with carpooling. I'm excited to bring my skills and experience to your family and provide your children with the attentive care they deserve.
