About Danae

Hi! My name is Danae , I'm 27, and I'd be honored to care for you and your family! I have a BFA, 2 years of K-12 tutoring experience, and have played an active role in my 9 and 12-year-old nephews since they were born. My friends 16-year-old and 18-year-old kids have also chosen me as their adopted aunt. I love spending time with all ages. I always prioritize childrens' safety and uphold appropriate boundaries, and I see caretaking as hanging out and getting to know kiddos rather than a task or chore. I prioritize activities away from screens as much as possible. I do this by playing outside, playing card & board games, doing arts & crafts, or doing fun educational activities according to their grade level/age I am comfortable preparing easy meals, doing light cleaning, and helping with homework. I also have my own cat & dog and am comfortable with pets! I also have a trustworthy prius to get me to & from jobs. I am happy to answer any questions you may have! Thank you!
