About Damaris

I am an experienced early childhood educator and have worked as a paraprofessional in Pre-K and 3K classrooms for 8 years. I specialize in supporting children ages 2-5 with early learning skills in a fun, patient, and engaging way. I focus on: • Letter and number recognition • Early phonics and pre-reading skills • Fine motor development • Early math concepts (counting, patterns, sorting) • Speech and language support through interactive play • Kindergarten readiness skills I believe children learn best through structured play, creativity, and positive reinforcement. I create age-appropriate activities that build confidence while making learning enjoyable. I also have experience working with children with diverse learning needs and developmental differences, and I always tailor sessions to each child's pace and personality. My goal is to help little learners build a strong foundation academically and socially while supporting parents in their child's growth.
