About Daija

Hi! My name is DaiJa! I am a licensed social worker in Texas with a strong background in child development and education. I have professional training in early childhood education and tutoring, along with over 8 years of experience in childcare sitting and 2 years of tutoring experience. I am CPR/First Aid certified and have worked with children of all ages from diverse cultural, behavioral, and developmental backgrounds. I am responsible, patient, creative, and reliable, and I truly enjoy creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for kids. Whether we're reading, doing crafts, playing games, or learning new skills, my goal is to make every moment both enjoyable and meaningful. I have my own transportation and am happy to assist with household duties if needed. I'm also very pet friendly-having previously worked at a vet clinic, I'm comfortable and happy around animals. With me, your children will be cared for, supported, and encouraged-and we can have fun and learn together.
