About Cynthia

Hello! My name is Emelie! I am a senior at Coronado High School and a member of the AP Academy. I have a 4. 6 weighted GPA, have passed all five of my AP exams and will be taking three more exams in the spring. I also scored in the top 5% nationally on the ACT. I am an active participant in the Coronado Theatre department and a member of the Nevada Thespians. As a fourth-year theatre student, I mentor younger students. Last year, I co-directed our spring musical, which earned Nevada State recognition! When I'm not studying, I enjoy musical theatre, classic literature, history, watching retro movies with my dad, watching sitcoms with my mom, gaming with my sister, and my cat, Westley. I would love to help K-8 students with tutoring in almost any subject. My tutoring style blends learning with fun and I welcome all types of learners, regardless of any differences. I would be honored to support your child's education and hope to help them discover a love for learning as much as I do.
