About Jill

For over 20 years, I have been tutoring students in math at all grade levels. In addition, I taught middle and high school math in the classroom for 12 of those years. The past 8 years I have been tutoring solely on the virtual platform, which offers my students great flexibility with scheduling. My degree is in Elementary Education and I am certified in Mathematics, grades 7-12. The focus for middle and high school students includes a concentration on clarifying concepts and skills learned in class, assisting with homework as needed, review and preparing for end of the year exams. I understand the value of students supplementing their classroom and tutored learning by continued practice on their own. For this, I have many resources to provide students, such as notes, worksheets and websites that are great for review.
