Hello! I'm Nichole, and I have spent my career helping people of all ages feel supported, encouraged, and valued. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and seniors, including individuals with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), Alzheimer's disease, and dementia. I've also homeschooled and worked in education, so I understand the importance of patience, flexibility, and meeting each person where they are.
