Making a positive impact on children's everyday lives is my passion. I'm a patient, calm, and dependable caregiver who takes pride in creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. I have 7 years of experience as a Special Education Paraprofessional and currently hold my Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, providing ABA therapy to children. My experience has given me a strong understanding of child development, behavior support, communication, and the unique needs of every child. I'm comfortable supporting children with autism and other developmental needs. As a mother of twins, including a child on the autism spectrum, I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and finding what works best for each child. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and believe clear communication and trust are essential. I would love the opportunity to become someone your family can truly depend on.
