I offer compassionate and humanized care for seniors, focused on their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My services do not include nursing activities, but rather daily support such as companionship, meal preparation, home organization, and medication reminders. With my background in yoga therapy, I encourage a more active and healthy lifestyle by stimulating memory and mobility through gentle movements, breathing exercises, and light activities such as walks, games, and interactive dynamics. My goal is to provide quality of life, care, attention, and positive encouragement.
