I value connection and presence. I embody the slowness that is essential to honoring those in their golden years, while also having the skills to help them feel safe, stable and well cared for. I enjoy the shared experience of storytelling from years gone by, which I've found helps those in their golden years to feel a sense of contribution. The practical skills I offer include cooking, light household cleaning/maintenance, ambulatory assistance, feeding, medication/supplement administration, diaper changes, massage/energy work. Providing a sense of companionship is also something that is important for me. I look forward to meeting you and your loved one with the possibility of providing support, while helping to minimize challenges.
