About Clara

Hi I'm Clara! I get so much energy from being around kids and I genuinely could not imagine my week without it. For almost two years I have been student teaching at a local elementary school every other day through my high school's P-TEACH program and have become an active member of the community. I am dedicated, empathetic, and reliable. Whether it is cheer, student council, scouts, or the classroom I have always shown up fully and given everything I have. I never want any kid to feel stupid for struggling and I have seen firsthand how much a child can grow when they finally feel supported instead of judged. Through years of backcountry and camping trips I have responded to real world first aid situations multiple times, so whether it is a scraped knee or a really hard moment, kids in my care are always in good hands! This fall I am heading to the University of Utah to study Elementary Education and nannying this summer feels like such a natural next step. I cannot wait!
