About Clara

Hello! My name is Clara and I have 5 years of experience as an assistant preschool teacher, helping families ensure their kiddos get off the bus safely and get their homework done. I worked primarily in after school care and love to inspire and support them, no matter how rough the day! I'd describe my personality as kind, inspiring, and empathetic. I like tutoring because I think about what it was like when I was being tutored as a kid. I want to create a space where kids feel comfortable and excited to learn! I'm looking for a job that allows me to help young students. Working with kind individuals is what is important to me. I started tutoring when I was in high school! In my spare time, I like to cook, exercise, read, and spend time with friends and family. I also love learning Italian! One thing you should know about me is that I care deeply about people and I am very open-minded. My skills include helping students write, read, and study for tests!
